Rosen Genev Head of Retail Space Department, Forton

Mr. Rosen Genev joined Forton possessing an in-depth knowledge of the retail industry in Bulgaria. With more than 7 years in managerial positions at Raiffeisen Asset Management, ING Pension Insurance Company, and other International companies he brought valuable insight and client driven approach that he now serves as a manager at Forton.

While at Forton, Mr. Genev helped develop relations with landlords and tenants alike, expanded the possibilities for his department with non-exclusive agreements and introduced the franchising concept for international companies willing to expand to Bulgaria. Among his key clients are Bulfeld (Paradise Center), Raiffeisen Property Management (Mall Varna), GTC (Galleria Burgas, Galleria Stara Zagora and Galleria Varna), RESB (Mall Rousse), Panorama Mall.

Mr. Genev has a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Svishtov Univesity.
